Full job description

Job Summary:

We are a growing restaurant looking for Bartender to enhance our company.

We’re looking for creative, motivated people with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be organized, clean and tidy enough, have basic serving skills, communicative, high energy and have a positive attitude. You will report to the Supervisor with a dotted line to the Restaurant Manager. This position requires nights and weekends each month.

Work location: On-site (Unit 230 Bank End, Borough Yards, London, SE1 9FJ)

Job Types: Part-time

Salary:

• Hourly rate £13-15 (£12.5 in probation)

Schedule:

• By Rota, at least 15 hours a week

Requirements:

• Be able to be on your feet for 8-10 hours.
• Knowledge of service standards.
• Be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Detailed/ Organized and Tidy.
• Be willing to get hygiene and related service training.
• Work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sales system
• Dependable, punctual & honest

*Please note that due to the nature of the industry, you will be required to work on a shift basis on a rota basis.

*Only successful candidates will be contacted for interview/voluntary trial shift.
