Full job description

Salary : $22.10–$25.92 an hour

Job Overview:

As a Picker/Packer for our home improvement store, you will be responsible for packing and preparing products for shipment or customer pick-up, ensuring orders are accurate, properly packaged, and ready for delivery. You will work closely with the warehouse and sales teams to fulfill customer orders efficiently and maintain high standards of packaging and handling.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pack items from orders, ensuring all products are included and free from defects before packing.
• Inspect products for damage or discrepancies before packing to ensure customers receive high-quality goods.
• Use appropriate packaging materials and techniques to protect products during shipping and transportation.
• Label packages correctly with shipping information, ensuring they are easy to track and identify.
• Work with the warehouse team to ensure products are correctly picked and packed for delivery or customer pick-up.

Qualifications:

• Ability to ensure accuracy when packing and labeling orders, catching any discrepancies.
• Strong ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain an organized workspace and keep track of multiple orders and shipments.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.10-$25.92 per hour
