Location - Leeds
We're looking for a Receptionist to join our Kier places team based in Leeds.
Location: Leeds, Thorpe Park
What will you be responsible for?
As a Receptionist, you'll be working within the Kier places team, supporting them in providing hard and soft
facilities management services to hundreds of Government department sites and public buildings..
Your day to day will include:
- Switchboard – incoming & outgoing calls,
- Meet & greet visitors and staff
- Meeting room and hot desk bookings
- Card access support,Assisting with incoming & outgoing mail/parcels
- General administration support to management & colleagues
- Low risk PPM's e.g. fire alarm testing, flushing little used outlets

- Strong customer service skills and experience with the ability to work in a friendly and confident manner
- An efficient and professional approach with the ability to multi-task within a busy environment
- Be able to work as an individual or as part of a team
